The Bill Carroll Foundation’s Audiovisual Learning Center is nearing completion — a place where the power of music can educate, heal, inspire, and change lives.

Our Events
We not only a part of a variety of events each year but we also design, develop and run our own events, concerts and community fundraisers. Our production side of the Foundation offers people all kinds of opportunities for anyone, including people with a disability, the chance to be a part of something that can be truly epic for them.

Fredericksburg Fair AND the Spotsylvania County Fair is coming! We going to be working the stage every night at BOTH Fairs, engineering the sound for all of the acts coming through, including myself working Family Karaoke Nights!

This is a fundraiser for the Bill Carroll Foundation's programs and services benefiting our Veterans and Musicians of all ages, with or without a disability.
And get this! Just for participating, you'll be entered to win an electric guitar from the Groove Factory Studios, which is the Foundation's Record Label, Rehearsal and Recording Studios. Only purchases made during the official fundraiser hours qualify. Participants must:
• Be present at the fundraiser between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Be at least 18 years of age or have a parent or legal guardian enter on their behalf.
• Legally reside in the United States.
• Comply with all contest rules.
One (1) contest entry for every $1.00 spent during the official IHOP fundraiser. Example:
• $10.00 purchase = 10 entries
• $27.45 purchase = 27 entries
• $100.00 purchase = 100 entries
Only the pre-tax subtotal shown on the qualifying receipt will be used to determine the number of entries unless otherwise determined by the Foundation. To qualify:
1. Attend the fundraiser during the official event hours.
2. Make a qualifying purchase.
3. Obtain your original receipt.
4. Submit a clear photograph or scanned copy of the receipt by emailing it to: contest@billcarrollfoundation.org
Galas / Fundraisers
Our Volunteer staff of Teachers, Technicians and Engineers utilize people with a disability of all ages to learn while they're a part of our events in many roles. From working behind the scenes to interacting directly with the public, we offer unique opportunities in the entertainment, film, theater and music industries.
Events / Production
We also design, develop and run our own fundraisers and community engagement events such as our popular Haunted Attraction & Holiday Laser Shows that we've done for over 12 years now, even before we became a 501c3 non-profit entity. Now, giving back to our community for decades and it was only the right step to elevate our status to a registered non-profit in 2018 to help us with everything that goes along with what we do.
