Bill Carroll becomes synonymous with Music + Healing + Innovation. Founder of the Bill Carroll Foundation & the nation's first Immersive Mobile Educational Recording Studio, Bill has more than 30 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, counseling, education, entertainment and audiovisual production with Nickelodeon Live, Disney, Sesame Street Live, Cedar Fair Entertainment, Six Flags, Dinotyme Productions and more. His vast knowledge with the Education, Broadcast, Social Services, Film & Theatre Industries has given the creation of this Foundation valuable resources and extensive insight and expertise. With many Broadcasting, Entertainment, Humanitarian and Charity Awards for his work to include the national Crystal Award for his audio production & creativity, Bill is a member of the National Association for Music Education, Network For Good, Fredericksburg Festival for the Performing Arts, Discovery Kids, the Virginia Association of Broadcasters, a certified Audiovisual Engineer, a published Author, a certified Broadcasting Educator from the Broadcaster's Mentoring Group, a certified Counselor, a certified Audiovisual Engineer, a member of Kiwanis International, a Board Member of the Stafford County Theater and Arts Division and finally a Board Director of Safe Harbor, A Child Advocacy Center.

Bill has spent most of his adult life being a Producer, Entertainer, Advocate, Spokesperson, Educator, Counselor, Artist & Audiovisual Engineer who served not only the corporate world but also in a variety of industries and people including Broadway Theater, Veterans of all ages, people with Special Needs, national entertainment companies, the United Nation's Audiovisual Dept., radio and television companies and also the military and defense sectors. His technical experience and endless volunteering add so much to the wide scope of this Foundation along with his knowledge that has taught him an incredible understanding of the Educational, Special Needs & Entertainment Industries of today.
